This template is from Sample Source so check how it's done to figure adding more pages. But it's very simple. Just create a new MD file and follow the same pattern as this file.
Fist the parrent MD file has to be created in the main folder. Then another folder with matching name as the MD file following the same template as this file. Note: 'order' has to be reset in the sub folders
